Who we are
JPA Consulting (“we”, “us”) provides websites, SEO and lead generation services to UK trades businesses. We are the controller of the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at jpa-consulting@outlook.com.
What information we collect
When you complete our contact form we collect what you choose to give us:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your business name, trade, website address and location;
- the service you’re interested in and any message you write.
If you email or call us, we also keep the details you share and a record of our conversation.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and review your business.
- To arrange and run a consultation.
- To send you a proposal and, if you go ahead, to deliver our services.
- To keep records and improve how we work.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails to people who haven’t asked to hear from us.
Our legal basis
We use your information because you asked us to get in touch or to provide a service (taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing a contract), and because we have a legitimate interest in running and promoting our business in a way that respects your rights. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business. They only process your information on our behalf:
- Formspree receives and forwards the details you submit through our contact form.
- Email, scheduling and CRM providers we use to communicate with you and manage enquiries.
- Our website hosting provider, which handles basic technical data needed to serve the site.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you enquire but don’t become a client, we keep your details for up to 24 months so we can follow up and respond to any questions, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for up to six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
Cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to how we use it;
- ask for your information in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email jpa-consulting@outlook.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
